• Web Hosting,
• SSD Web Hosting,
• Web Presence Builder,
• Email Hosting,
• FTP Hosting, and
• VPS virtual private server hosting.

Notes:

• Other services (not included in the above list, e.g. domain registration, WHOIS privacy protection) are not applicable for refund.
• If customer paid invoice contains special offer, those offer will be deducted with original price during refund.
  For example, if customer purchase Plan B web hosting, and deem a free 1 year new .COM domain registration.
  1 Year Plan B web hosting + 1 Year .COM domain registration = HK$980
  (.COM domain registration fee is HK$130/year)
  If refund, the refund amount = HK$980 – HK$130 = HK$850
• If customer pay by remittance (or canned TT, bank remittance, etc), we will use Hong Kong dollar cheque for refund.  Banks, not in Hong Kong, may have handling fee to process the cheque.  Customers need to bear that bank handling fee.
