Upload/Download	You may use FTP client (e.g. FileZilla) or WebFTP to upload documents to the BizFTP server, and download the documents to your desktop.
Public Upload	You may enable Public Upload in BizFTP control panel, and then you (or your client) can use the web interface (e.g. https://trial234.files.hk) to upload file(s) to you directly.
