Usage Notes:

• Website information (including website content, data, e.g. blog, eShop) are stored inside Weebly Inc US server.
  We (Website Solution Limited) provide a static cache (e.g. image, CSS, JavaScript).
  Dynamic data (e.g. production information) are fetched from US server by our server on-the-fly.
  As most website elements are static, and served by our Hong Kong server. For most users in Asia Pacific region, the website performance is better than from Weebly US servers.
• For Weebly published website, we also provide a jQuery library mirror service to provide better experience for Asia Pacific users. (experimental)
• If users would like to use email service, user may consider to add a SmarterMail email hosting (or web hosting) for domain email service.
• If users do not renew Weebly Website Builder, both Weebly Editor and the published website will be deactivated at the same time.

• If customer needs to upgrade Weebly service plan, the upgrade fee is the one-year fee for the new service plan, deducting the remaining balance of the original service plan. The validity period will be recalculated for one year.

  For example:
  The customer is using Weebly Pro (HK$1224/year) for 3 months, and wants to upgrade to Weebly Business (HK$2550/year).
  The upgrade fee is: $2550 – (1224 * (12 – 3) / 12) = HK$1632 (and the service validity period will be recalculated for one year)
